Step-by-step guide
Once you’re logged in to zappzy, click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
This opens your account menu. From there, click Billing.
The Billing overview will appear on your main screen. You'll see that you're still in the trial phase.
If you want to upgrade, you can do that anytime during your 30-day trial. Just click the SUBSCRIBE button to get started.
If your trial has ended, you’ll automatically be redirected to the Billing overview after logging in.
You’ll see a message that your trial has expired — at this point, upgrading is the only available option. Click the UPGRADE button to continue.
Important: You can upgrade within 2 days after your trial ends. After that, your trial and all related data will be permanently deleted for privacy reasons.
Select the plan you want and choose the billing cycle that works best for you.
You can go with monthly billing.
Or choose yearly billing — you’ll pay for 10 months and get 12.
When everything's set, click SUBSCRIBE to complete your upgrade.
The pop-up from our billing partner Paddle will appear. Enter all required information and click Continue.
On the next page, enter your payment information (you can choose between PayPal and various credit cards) and click Subscribe now.
Once Paddle has verified your information and successfully processed your payment method, you’ll be redirected to the Billing overview page. There, you’ll see your current subscription plan marked as Active.
